Sheri Kraus, M.A., LIMHP, CPC understands that asking for help can be a difficult thing to do. She has been helping individuals and families with finding peace, closure and health for many years.
Graduating in 1988 from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln with her Masters in Counseling, she has over 25 years of experience working with children, adolescents, adults and families. Her extensive experience with a wide variety of people and challenges has taught her how to truly understand and craft a plan for each client to find healing and success. She respects the uniqueness of each client.
Her years of experience includes working with a multitude of mental health issues as well as grief and life transitions.
Sheri works with adults and children ages 6 to 12 years of age as well as teens ages 13 to 19. She has specialized training in trauma, PTSD, sexual abuse, attachment issues and grief. Her treatment approach includes Cognitive Behavioral Technique (CBT), EMDR, Eclectic and Play Therapy. Sheri counsels individuals as well as families.
